Philip and Amy Donahoo are the founders of the Red Wagon Team and are a dynamic duo that works diligently to meet the needs of their clients. Philip is the numbers guy, specializing in market analysis, pricing strategy, renovations budgets and contract negotiation. Amy focuses on the creative aspect of the business, designing marketing materials for sellers’ homes and expanding the team’s reach via social media posts.
Philip and Amy jumped into real estate together in 2015. Philip said goodbye to life in corporate America and its constant travel, meetings and expense accounts in order to charter his own course as an entrepreneur. Amy left a career in Youth Ministry because her body could no longer tolerate staying up all night on Youth retreats or sleeping on concrete floors for mission trips. She much prefers partnering with Philip and helping buyers and sellers navigate a competitive real estate market.
As the parents of 5 adult children, Philip and Amy are especially equipped to serve homeowners in the varying stages of parenthood. They enjoy helping first-time buyers select a home that will grow with their families, as well as guiding empty-nesters into a home that meets their needs and luxury wishes for their Golden Years.
